you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service
specialist within 30 days of delivery at 415-946-8077 or by e-mail at info@ShopBobcats.com. Please
supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking
number from your original confirmation e-mail. The specialist will
also need your e-mail address and phone number. ShopBobcats.com
will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely
manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the
item due to shipping.
If
there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service
specialist immediately at 415-946-8077 or by e-mail at info@ShopBobcats.com. Please have your order
number available when you contact the Customer Service specialist. |
